When it comes to the most outstanding name in paintballing products, there’s only one company that tops every paintballer’s list: Tippmann.  Tippmann paintball guns were first produced in 1986, but the family had been in the gun business long before that.  Their background in replica machine guns came in handy when they decided to make the jump to the paintball industry almost 30 years ago.

True innovators in the industry since then, Tippmann is responsible for bringing a sport with a virtually non-existent public profile into the limelight over the course of their history.  Tippmann has had a simple goal since day one: to produce high-quality paintball equipment and products that were durable, reliable and affordable.  To this day they haven’t been outdone in any of those categories; they are still years ahead of their competition when it comes to design, innovation and functionality.

How Tippmann Changed the Game

As soon as Tippmann first started producing their tactical/scenario-style paintball guns, the Woodsball and Scenario play movements were birthed.  Up until that point, paintball was only played as speedball or indoors.  But Tippmann changed all of that with the reliability of their guns.  Up until that point, paintball guns just weren’t cut out to withstand the abuse outdoor play would throw at them.

But the reliability of the Tippmann marker meant players could get rough and tumble with their guns and still expect them to work.  In fact, Tippmann guns outperformed just about all of their competition with their sturdy construction and quality performance.

And that was the first sign that Tippmann really cared about their demographic market: the fact that they knew that steadfastness in a paintball gun could transform the game was all it took; the game was changed forever.  Still, to this very day, Tippmann leads the way in guns that are rugged, durable and easy to use, clean and maintain.   That’s why millions of paintball players the world over trust their performance to the Tippmann name.

Tippmann’s Top of the Line Technology Fits Any Budget

And while Tippmann paintball guns are realistic, tactical .68 caliber markers that are used almost exclusively for scenario paintballing, that doesn’t stop players of all styles from buying them.  Because the Tippmann line is upgrade friendly, containing a wide array of accessories to customize and improve the look and performance of the gun, their customer base is super-loyal.  That and their low prices keep customers coming back: it’s often said that once you own a Tippmann, you’ll never want to shoot another paintball gun.

The affordability of Tippmann makes them a safe bet for beginners and pros alike; able to fit nearly any budget, you’ll also find that Tippmann accessories, supplies and parts are equally within your means.  In fact, most people get their first Tippmann after renting one at paintball fields, something that speaks to the low cost and reliability of the gun.  Paintball fields wouldn’t make much money if they rented out high-priced guns that broke all the time; they’d constantly be spending to fix them!

On top of all that, the Tippmann warranty and customer service is second-to-none.  So, if you’re in the market for your first, fourth, fifth, or fiftieth paintball gun, you can’t go wrong with a Tippmann.
